How do I schedule an ultrasound appointment?
All appointments must be scheduled online using our online request form.
We work exclusively with veterinary hospitals—pet owners must contact their clinic directly to arrange an ultrasound with us.
Same-day scans are not guaranteed and require prior approval. Please text or call us first at (772) 888-1553 to confirm availability before booking a same-day scan.
What areas do you serve?
We're actively expanding our reach across Florida and welcome inquiries from all areas.
Some regions may require grouped appointments or additional notice. Thanks to our flight capabilities, we can often reach clinics in more remote or underserved areas of the state. Reach out and let's make it happen!
Who interprets the ultrasound images?
Your scan is interpreted by the experienced sonographer performing the service. If you'd like a secondary review by a board-certified specialist, just let us know—we're happy to arrange one. You can also request a secondary review directly through the link included in your appointment confirmation email.
Where can I view my patient's ultrasound images?
All images are provided in DICOM format and can be accessed via the link in the top right corner of your report. For detailed instructions on how to download and view the images, please visit our Viewing Ultrasound Images resource page.
How do I upload files for review?
All supplemental files (ECGs, radiographs, lab results, etc.) must be uploaded via either:

How should I prepare a patient for ultrasound?
Proper prep improves image quality and patient comfort. Here's what to do before we arrive:
Patient Preparation
- Advise owner to withhold food for 12–18 hours prior to the scan, unless medically contraindicated. Water is okay.
- Shave the exam area prior to our arrival. Use patient positioning during shaving to assess if sedation may be necessary.
- Please have patients dropped off in the morning.
- We don't provide exact arrival times due to route logistics, traffic, and emergencies. For day-of updates, please contact your sonographer directly or text/call (772) 888-1553.
- Consider using our Client Consent Form at drop-off.
When in doubt—sedate. Animals that are painful, anxious, or tense will not image well.
- Abdominal scans: Domitor, propofol, or butorphanol/acepromazine are effective.
